Jhang Lamborelle, born in Luxembourg in 1962.
At the age of 21 he discovered his love for South-America where he is traveling since between his home country, Bolivia, Peru and Guatemala.
His preferred technique is a primitive and figurative artwork where he expresses social, social-religious and native themes.
The paintings on the following pages are a selection from his exhibition "El espiritu inocente de la madre tierra" (The innocent spirit of mother earth) from the year 1999.
In January 2004 he moved to live and work in Basel (Switzerland). In 2008, he returned to Luxembourg.
